(Present or submit evidence of trng., e.g. official transcript or diploma); & (2) 3-1/2 yrs.
of research or analytical exper. invlg. the compil., exam., anal. & interp. of statis. &
other data, 2 of which shall have been in comm. plng.
Substitutions Allowed: (1) In add’n. to meeting the min. educ. requirements, applic.
w/a bachelor’s degree in urban or regional plng. from an accred. college/univ. shall
be given credit for ½ yr. of the required research or anal. exper. in social, econ. or
comm..dev./plng. exper. (2) A master’s degree from an accred. college/univ. in
architec., civil engr., ecology, socio., econ., bus. or public admin., or a related field
w/emph. in the applic. of research & anal. methods & tech. from an accred.
college/univ. is qual. for 1-1/2 yrs. of the required research or anal. exper. in
social, econ., or comm.. dev./plng. exper. (3) A master’s degree from an accred.
college/univ. in urban & region. plng. may be subst. for 2 yrs. of the required
research or anal. exper. in social, econ. or comm. dev./plng. exper.
