CERTIFICATION OF NON-COMPETITION

HEALTH ASSESSMENT TO MEDICALLY UNDERSERVED AND HEALTH PROFESSIONAL SHORTAGE AREAS THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF HAWAII

The Hawaii State Department of Health (HSDOH) has requested support of the Department of Defense (DOD) to provide healthcare assistance under the Innovative Readiness Training Program. These healthcare services will be provided at no cost to the HSDOH and without the assistance of the DOD, HSDOH would be unable to complete this healthcare project.

The requested healthcare assistance will include medical, dental, and other healthcare services to medically-needy communities in the State.

Any qualified organizations or private individuals interested in conducting the proposed healthcare services, or who have questions, or who wish to voice opposition to the DOD providing this assistance can submit comments to:
