COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG),
HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS (HOME),
EMERGENCY SHELTER GRANTS (ESG) AND
HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES FOR PERSONS WITH AIDS (HOPWA) PROGRAMS
Pursuant to the City and County of Honolulu’s Citizen Participation Plan for the CDBG, HOME, ESG AND HOPWA programs, the following is provided for your information. The following revisions (underlined) to the project description and project location are being proposed for implementation.
Project Title and Description: Good Beginnings Alliance (PS) – Strengthening Families of Oahu’s Keiki. Provision of funds to support Strengthening Families of Oahu’s Keiki, which provides early childhood and family strengthening services in homeless shelters and public housing.
