CRF INVESTIGATOR IV

The State’s Business Registration Division is seeking to fill a vacancy for an exempt, CRF Investigator IV position located with its Securities Enforcement Branch.

Qualified applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college and two and ½ years of progressively responsible investigative experience.

Qualified applicants should have general knowledge of the applicable Federal and State Securities Laws and their related Rules and Regulations, the State Franchise Investment Law, and its related Rules and Regulations as well as the Hawaii Administrative rules on Administrative Practice and Procedure.
