The Agency has received certificate of need application #08-08 for standard review from Kaumana Drive Partners, LLC, for the establishment of a 100-bed Skilled Nursing/Intermediate Care facility (SNF/ICF) at 516 Kaumana Drive, Hilo, Hawaii, at a capital cost of $18,722,780.
