NOTICE OF FUNDING AVAILABILITY FOR:

Project Awards

The Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation (HHFDC) has approximately $6.5 million of uncommitted funds available for eligible Rental Housing Trust Fund (RHTF) loans and grants in connection with the Fiscal Year 2009 funding round. Currently, the RHTF has pending applications of approximately $26.9 million, subject to approval of the Board of Directors of the HHFDC.
