NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION
FOR TWO SUBSURFACE EASEMENTS
FOR SEWER LINE PURPOSES ONLY

The City and County of Honolulu will sell at Public Auction to be held at the Division of Purchasing, Department of Budget and Fiscal Services, City and County of Honolulu at 10:30 a.m., December 8,2008, two subsurface easements, within portions of the Pali Golf Course, Tax Map Key No. 4-5-35:001 and Kahiko Street, Tax Map Key No. 4-5-54, for sewer line purposes only.
The terms and conditions of the sale of the subsurface easements to be observed and performed by the purchaser thereof, are on file and available for public inspection at the Property Management and Disposal Section of the Division of Purchasing, Department of Budget and Fiscal Services, City and County of Honolulu, City Hall, 530 South King Street, Room 115.
