The City Council of Honolulu is interested in procuring audit services for the Financial Audit of the City and County of Honolulu for the fiscal years 2010 to 2013. Interested offerors can examine or obtain bid documents from the Office of the City Auditor (OCA), James Campbell Building, Suite 216, 1001 Kamokila Boulevard, Kapolei, Hawaii 96707, or by downloading them from the OCA website: www.honolulu.gov/council/auditor. Bid documents will also be issued to perspective offerors by calling (808) 768-3134 to request a bid packet. Requirements, submittals, and due dates are described therein.
The bid process is multi-step with the unpriced statement of qualifications due no later than 10:00 a.m. (HST) on December 5, 2008 and the priced offer due no later than 10:00 a.m. (HST) on January 5, 2009, at which time all properly received and time stamped price offers will be publicly opened and read in the Office of the City Auditor’s Conference Room, 1001 Kamokila Boulevard, Suite 216, Kapolei, Hawaii.
