HUMAN RESOURCES TECHNICIAN I

Starting salary: $2,813.00/month

Minimum Requirements:
¶ A combination of education and experience substantially equivalent to graduation from high school; and
¶ two years of responsible clerical and technical work experience in human resources management that shall have included the following:
¶ preparation, review, and processing of various personnel forms and applications; and
¶ review, interpretation, and application of
¶ personnel laws and regulations,
¶ human resources policies and procedures, and
¶ pertinent provisions of the collective bargaining agreements; and
¶ a valid driver’s license.
¶ Submit a copy of your driver’s license.

GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEMS ANALYST I

Starting salary: $3,511.00 – $5,202.00/month

Minimum Requirements:
¶ A combination of education and experience substantially equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university with major work in physical or natural science, geography, engineering, urban or land use planning, computer science, or a related field; and
¶ one year of experience using GIS software in design and production of thematic maps and other applications; and
¶ a valid driver’s license.
¶ Submit a copy of your college transcript and valid driver’s license.

REAL PROPERTY APPRAISER VI

Starting salary: $4,625.00 – $6,844.00/month

Minimum Requirements:
¶ A combination of education and experience substantially equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university with major work in real estate, business or public administration, economics, or a related field; and
¶ five years of professional experience in appraising real property; and
¶ two years independently appraising the most difficult and complex types of real property; and
¶ a valid driver’s license.
