Starting salary: $2,813.00/month
Minimum Requirements: A combination of education and experience substantially equivalent to graduation from high school; and two years of responsible clerical and technical work experience in human resources management that shall have included the following: preparation, review, and processing of various personnel forms and applications; and review, interpretation, and application of personnel laws and regulations, human resources policies and procedures, and pertinent provisions of the collective bargaining agreements; and a valid driver’s license. GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEMS ANALYST I
Starting salary: $3,511.00 – $5,202.00/month
Minimum Requirements: A combination of education and experience substantially equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university with major work in physical or natural science, geography, engineering, urban or land use planning, computer science, or a related field; and one year of experience using GIS software in design and production of thematic maps and other applications; and a valid driver’s license. REAL PROPERTY APPRAISER VI
Starting salary: $4,625.00 – $6,844.00/month
Minimum Requirements: A combination of education and experience substantially equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university with major work in real estate, business or public administration, economics, or a related field; and five years of professional experience in appraising real property; and two years independently appraising the most difficult and complex types of real property; and a valid driver’s license.
