The Hawai’i Tourism Authority (HTA), State of Hawai’i, is requesting proposals from offerors to provide a marketing effectiveness study for the State of Hawai’i, as described in the RFP, to track visitors’ intention and desire to visit Hawai’i and to track key preferences and attributes of a destination.
