NOTICE OF RIGHT TO MOVE FOR RECONSIDERATION
AND OR APPEAL OF FINAL ORDER
TO: ROY E. STOKER, JR.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Commissioner of Securities of the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, State of Hawaii, issued a Final Order against you on May 13, 2008, finding that you have violated the Uniform Securities Act, Chapter 485, Hawaii Revised Statues, and that, therefore, disciplinary action should be taken against you.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that pursuant to Section 16-201-23 of the Hawaii Administrative Rules for Administrative Practice and Procedure, Respondent may, within ten (10) days of the last publication date of this Notice on September 17, 2008, move the Commissioner to reconsider the Final Order. Respondent’s motion shall be filed with the Commissioner and shall state specifically what points of law or fact the Commissioner has overlooked or misunderstood together with brief arguments on the points raised. This motion must be in writing and must be served upon the Commissioner of Securities, P.O. Box 40, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96810.
Additionally, pursuant to Section 485-23 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, you may file an appeal with the Circuit Court of the First Circuit of the State of Hawaii in the manner provided in Chapter 91, Hawaii Revised Statutes.
