NOTICE OF RESCHEDULED HEARING

TO: SIONE M. FUNAKI, individually and
doing business as FUNAKI MASONRY CONTRACTOR

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Contractors License Board will conduct a hearing in accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes (hereafter “HRS”) Chapters 91, 436B and 444 to determine whether or not SIONE M. FUNAKI’s contractor’s license should be revoked, suspended, or otherwise disciplined, and, whether monetary fines and any other relief authorized by law, should be imposed against him and/or his contractor’s license. The Petition for Disciplinary Action Against Contractor’s License, filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings on or about June 12, 2008, alleges violations of the provisions of HRS Chapters 436B and 444.

The HEARING will be conducted on October 21, 2008, at 9:00 a.m. in a hearings room at the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, 335 Merchant Street, Suite 100, Honolulu, Hawaii.
