EMERGENCY SHELTER GRANTS (ESG) AND
HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES FOR PERSONS WITH AIDS (HOPWA) PROGRAMS
Pursuant to the City and County of Honolulu’s Citizen Participation Plan for the CDBG, HOME, ESG and HOPWA programs, the following is provided for your information. The following revisions (underlined) to the project location and project description, as applicable, are being proposed for implementation.
Project Title and Description: 1) ESGP 08 – Hale Kipa
Provision of grant funds for operating expenses and essential services related to a transitional living program.

Provision of grant funds for operating expenses and essential services related to the Sumner Street facility, an emergency shelter for men.
