NOTICE TO BIDDERS

SEALED TENDERS will be received up to and publicly opened at 10:30 a.m., on October 13, 2008, in the Office of the Division of Purchasing, Department of Budget and Fiscal Services, City Hall, City and County of Honolulu, Honolulu, Hawaii for the GOLF SHOP AND DRIVING RANGE CONCESSION AT THE ALA WAI GOLF COURSE.
Written Notice of Intention to Bid and Application to Bid must be filed by each prospective bidder with the Director of Budget and Fiscal Services at the Office of the Division of Purchasing on or before 4:00 p.m., September 15, 2008.
Forms of notice of intention to bid and application to bid, proposal and specifications may be obtained from said Office of the Division of Purchasing upon application for Document No. RQN-DES 0900001.
