NOTICE OF RESCHEDULED HEARING

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Travel Agencies Program will conduct a hearing in accordance with Hawaii Revised Statutes (“HRS”) Chapters 91 and 468L to determine whether or not your travel agency’s registration should be revoked or suspended, and/or whether other disciplinary action should be taken against you. The Petition alleges violations of HRS Chapters 436B and 468L.

The Hearing will be conducted on September 24, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. in the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs at 335 Merchant Street, Suite 100, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.

You have the right to appear with legal counsel at all stages of these proceedings. Please direct all inquiries to the undersigned Hearings Officer at P. O.
