The Hawaii Department of Health, Tobacco Settlement Project (DOH), through a joint agreement with the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the Hawaii Department of Human Services implements the Food Stamp Nutrition Education (FSNE) Program to promote nutrition education and physical activity amongst populations eligible for the Food Stamp Program. DOH seeks applicants for three (3) Non-Civil Service (Exempt) Positions to begin work preferably on October 15, 2008. Candidates must demonstrate successful management experience in community programs, skills in program planning, communication, and developing, managing and monitoring state contracts. Masters degree in public health, public administration, education administration or related field preferred.

Experience in graphics design, website development, developing social marketing campaigns, media messages, working with news and media, contracting and contract monitoring is desired.
