The Department of Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL) is seeking competitive proposals from beneficiary organizations for community projects. Forms for submitting proposals may be obtained from any DHHL offices, or at www.hawaii.gov/dhhl, or by calling (808) 620-9480.
