Developers, Planners, Engineers!!!

The Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation (HHFDC) is a state agency responsible for the financing and development of Hawaii’s affordable housing and is seeking highly motivated and dedicated professionals for the following positions:

Responsible for a variety of programs, project management, and supervisory tasks for the development of affordable housing, which include the various phases of housing development. Responsible for and supervises project teams in the planning, budgeting, solicitation of bids and proposals, awards, and the administration of contracts. Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with emphasis in real estate development and/or finance, planning, architecture, engineering, construction management, building construction or other related disciplines. Ten (10) years experience in the planning, design and construction of projects as a project coordinator, project manager or contracting officer is preferred. In addition, three (3) years of applicable supervisory experience is preferred.
