Whereas, the Proclamation previously published by the Office of Elections on June 16, 2008, inadvertently omitted for inclusion on the election ballot the question regarding a constitutional convention, I do hereby supplement such proclamation without making any change to it.

I proclaim that the question, “Shall there be a convention to propose a revision of or amendments to the Constitution?” be, and will be, submitted to the electorate at the 2008 general election to be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2008. In addition, I reaffirm the original Proclamation in all respects.
