The State of Hawaii, Department of Human Services is recruiting talented, committed and experienced individuals to help lead our reorganized Med-QUEST Division. This Division provides medical and dental coverage for needy adults and children, including low-income families, the elderly and the disabled.
We are seeking an Administrator for the new Fiscal Management and Analysis Section, which will review, analyze, and reconcile all financial activities regarding the State’s Medicaid contracts.
This individual should be an MBA, CPA or hold an advanced accounting degree. The individual should also have 3 to 5 years of experience in healthcare, management and financial management.
We are also seeking an Administrator for the new Quality Assurance and Improvement Section, which will develop and maintain strategies for ensuring that Medicaid clients receive the best possible care.
This individual should be a Registered Nurse with a master’s degree in a related subject or an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with 3 to 5 years of Quality Assurance and Supervisory experience.
Additionally, we are seeking an Administrator for the new Member and Provide Relations Section, which will address provider and Medicaid clients concerns and complaints.
This individual should have a Bachelor’s degree and four years of progressively responsible professional work experience in contract administration, provider relations or customer service.
