Pursuant to Section 37-37, Hawaii Revised Statues, notification is hereby given that the University of Hawaii’s Fiscal Year 2009 general fund allocation is reduced by $3,954,054 (from $738,209,132 to $734,255,078). There is no change to the University of Hawaii’s non-general fund allocation ($438,297,391).

The University of Hawaii was notified of this modification, which will take effect ten days after the publication of this notice.
