The Agency has received certificate of need application #08-09 for standard review from Maui Medical Group, Inc. for the establishment of MRI services at 2180 Main Street, Wailuku, Maui at a capital cost of $2,588,639.

July 17, 2008, Certificate of Need Review Panel, 10 am, Maui Economic Opportunity, Inc., Classroom 1, 99 Mahalani Street, Wailuku, Maui; and
July 24, 2008, Statewide Health Coordinating Council, 10 am, Maui Economic Opportunity, Inc., Classroom 1, 99 Mahalani Street, Wailuku, Maui.
Certificate applications are reviewed according to the following criteria: relation to the state health services and facilities plan, need and accessibility, quality, cost and finances, relation to the existing health care system, and availability of resources.
