PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held by the Department of Customer Services of the City and County of Honolulu. The purpose of this public hearing sets a new maximum rate that a taxicab driver or taxicab company can set for fare and baggage charges that may be charged to taxicab passengers.

DATE: June 13, 2008

TIME: 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

Administration Conference Room

Anyone may request a copy of the proposed rule at no cost. To receive a copy, call the Taxicab Section at 733-2540 or pick one up at the following address between 7:45 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday: 1112 Kapahulu Avenue, Honolulu, Hawaii 96816.
