The Adult Mental Health Division (AMHD), and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Division (CAMHD), Department of Health, State of Hawaii, is requesting public comment (P.L. 102-321) on the FY 2008 Community Mental Health Services Block Grant State Plan for Mental Health for persons with severe and persistent mental illness and for children and adolescents requiring support for emotional and behavioral development.
