Pursuant to Section 323D-44.5, Hawaii Revised Statutes, the Agency has received a request for a public information meeting on the following certificate of need application #08-04A from Adult Mental Health Division, State of Hawaii for the establishment of a 22-bed Special Treatment Facility at Hawaii State Hospital, 45-710 Keaahala Road, Kaneohe, Hawaii, at a capital cost of $620,000
The meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 14, 2008, 9:00 a.m. at 235 South Beretania Street (State Office Tower/Leiopapa A Kamehameha), Room 405, Honolulu, Hawaii.
Certificate applications are reviewed according to the following criteria: relation to the state health services and facilities plan, need and accessibility, quality, cost and finances, relation to the existing health care system, and availability of resources.
