The HHFDC is responsible for the financing and development of affordable housing in the State of Hawaii and is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated professional for the following position:

Assists in administering programs such as the Low Income Housing Tax Credit, the Rental Housing Trust Fund and the Hula Mae Multi-Family Revenue Bond Programs that provide assistance to developers/owners to create or maintain affordable rental units. Required is a bachelor\u00D5s degree from an accredited college or university in accounting, finance, economics or real estate. In addition, one year experience in finance or real estate is required. Graduation from highschool with six years of work experience performing technical analysis or activities in the field of finance, real estate, or development may be substituted for the bachelor\u00D5s degree requirement.
