Administers the Public Health Nursing (PHN) program throughout the State of Hawaii, including various programs & projects mandated by laws and through working agreements with various divisions & branches of Dept. of Health and other State Depts. and agencies.

Req. bachelor\u00D5s degree from an accredited school of nursing which included coursework that provided PHN principles & practices. 3-1/2 yrs. PHN exp. incl. 1 yr. comparable to the IV level in State service; and 2 years supervising public health nurses. Appropriate substitutions allowed.
