The Department of Land and Natural Resources, State ofHawaii, pursuant to Chapter 195D, Hawaii Revised Statutes, will hold a public hearing to receive testimony on the following:
The issuance of a Habitat Conservation Plan for the Lanai Meteorological Towers, and accompanying Incidental Take License.
Copies of the draft Habitat Conservation Plan and Incidental Take License are available for inspection at the Hawaii State Main Library, the Lanai Public Library, the Division of Forestry and Wildlife offices in Honolulu and Wailuku, and online at
