YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the State of Hawaii, the Plaintiff herein, has commenced proceedings in eminent domain against you in the above-entitled Court, Civil No. 07-1-1736-09 KSSA, and has prayed that said Court vest in the Plaintiff title to Parcel 101 and Easement E-1, Tax Map Key No. 4-7-26-01 (Portions), hereafter referred to as the “Property”, all by final order of condemnation for the purpose of construction, preservation and protection of a public highway, to wit:
Kamehameha Highway Intersection Improvements at Kahekili Highway, Project No. 83F-01-99, at Kahaluu, Koolaupoko, Oahu, Hawaii.
Parcel 101 and Easement E-1 are portions of Lot A-84-A-1, as shown on Map 243 of Land Court Application No. 979 of Bishop Trust Company, Limited, situate at Kahaluu, District of Koolaupoko, City and County of Honolulu, State of Hawaii.
Parcel 101 and Easement E-1 are more particularly described by metes and bounds and shown on the maps on file in this case and on file in the Highways Division, Department of Transportation, State of Hawaii.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable KAREN S. S. AHN, Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, on Tuesday, the 27th day of May , 2008, at 9:00 o\u00D5clock a .m. of said day, or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon Plaintiff\u00D5s attorney, FAWN Y. J. YAMADA, Deputy Attorney General, whose address is 300 Kekuanao\u00D5a Building, 465 South King Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
