Req. bachelor\u00D5s degree; minimum 3-1/2 yrs. professional exp. in social work, public health, health care delivery systems, or related fields which provided knowledge of State & federal public health laws, rules, regulations, programs & services, and community health organizations & services; & minimum 2 yrs. exp. supervising a preferably large professional staff. Appropriate substitutions considered.
