IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF HONOLULU 1990 (ROH), AS AMENDED, THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICES, CITY AND COUNTY OF HONOLULU, HEREBY ESTABLISHES TRAFFIC SCHEDULE NO. 2008-3 TO AMEND SCHEDULE III OF SECTION 15-6.3 ESTABLISHING PROHIBITED RIGHT/LEFT TURN ON RED; SCHEDULE XIV OF SECTION 15-11.3 ESTABLISHING STOP INTERSECTIONS; SCHEDULE XXII OF SECTION 15-14.5(a) ESTABLISHING PROHIBITED PARKING CERTAIN AREAS; SCHEDULE XXIV OF SECTION 15-15.1(d) ESTABLISHING CURB LOADING ZONES; SCHEDULE XXXVIII OF SECTION 15-24.17 ESABLISHING MISCELLANEOUS TRAFFIC CONTROLS.

Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:

a. By amending Schedule III of Sec. 15-6.3 establishing prohibited right/left turn on red by adding thereto the following item:

“River-N. King: No right turn from River St. into N. King St. in the Koko Head direction.”

b. By amending Schedule XIV of Sec. 15-11.3 establishing stop intersections by adding thereto the following item:

“Palekaua St-Puu Panini Ave. Traffic on Palekaua St. shall stop before entering Puu Panini Ave.

c. By amending Schedule XXII of Sec. 15-14.5(a) establishing prohibited parking certain areas in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Aliikoa St., within its mauka turnaround area.”

“Hanakahi St., southern side, distance 485\u00D5 easterly direction from the eastern curb prolongation of Fort Weaver Rd.”

“Hanakahi St., southern side, distance 765\u00D5 easterly direction from a point 656\u00D5 east of the eastern curb prolongation of Ikulani St.”

“Hanakahi St., southern side, distance 465\u00D5 easterly direction from a point 500\u00D5 east of the eastern curb prolongation of Kalapu St.”

“Hanakahi St., southern side, distance 615\u00D5 easterly direction from a point 770\u00D5 east of the eastern curb prolongation of Komana St.”

“Hanakahi St., northern side, distance 680\u00D5 westerly direction from a point 105\u00D5 west of the western curb prolongation of Hanaloa St.”

“Hanakahi St., northern side, distance 473\u00D5 westerly direction from a point 736\u00D5 west of the western curb prolongation of Kalapu St.”

“Hanakahi St., northern side, distance 640\u00D5 westerly direction from a point 490\u00D5 west of the western curb prolongation of Komana St.”

“Hanakahi St., northern side, distance 435\u00D5 westerly direction from a point 770\u00D5 west of the western curb prolongation of Pailani St.”

“Hunalewa St., makai side, distance 50\u00D5 Koko Head direction from the Koko Head curb prolongation of 22nd Ave.”

“Lipoa Pl., makai side, distance 100\u00D5 Koko Head direction from the Ewa curb prolongation of Lipoa Pl.”

“Lualualei Homestead Rd., western side, from a point 406\u00D5 south of the southern curb prolongation of Kawili St. to Hale Elua St.”

“Lualualei Homestead Rd., eastern side, from a point 3\u00D5 south of the southern curb prolongation of Hale Elua St. to a point 347\u00D5 north of the northern curb prolongation of Leihoku St.”

“Nanakuli Ave., Makaha side, distance 134\u00D5 mauka direction from the mauka curb prolongation of Farrington Highway.”

“Peter St., Koko Head side, distance 90\u00D5 mauka direction from a point 32\u00D5 mauka of the Koko Head curb prolongation of St. Louis Dr.”

“St. Louis Dr., odd-numbered side, distance 210\u00D5 mauka/Ewa direction from a point 5\u00D5 makai/Koko Head of the Ewa curb prolongation of Oswald St.”

d. By amending Schedule XXIV of Sec. 15-15.1(d) curb loading zone by amending subsection (a) passenger loading zone the following item:

East Manoa Rd., Ewa side, distance 150\u00D5 mauka direction from a point 85\u00D5 mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Keama Pl, 2:00 to 5:30 p.m., school days; to read:

“East Manoa Rd., Ewa side, distance 121\u00D5 mauka direction from a point 102\u00D5 mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Keama Pl., 2:00 to 5:30 p.m., school days.”

e. By amending Schedule XXXVIII of Sec. 15-24.17 establishing miscellaneous traffic controls by adding thereto the following item:

“Koikoi St., for its entire length, the speed limit shall be 20 m.p.h.”

Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.
