NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the following matters to be considered by the Windward Planning Commission of the County of Hawaii in accordance with the provisions of Chapters 91 and 92, Hawaii Revised Statutes, Section 6-7.5(a) of the Charter of the County of Hawaii, and the Planning Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure.

Request for an extension of time to comply with Condition B (required water commitment payment) and Condition C (Complete Construction) of Ordinance No. 03 108, which reclassified approximately 22,500 square feet of land from a Single-Family Residential-10,000 square feet (RS-10) zoning district to an Industrial-Commercial Mixed Use-20,000 square feet
(MCX-20) zoning district. The property is located at the northeast corner of the East Kawili Street and Hinano Street intersection, Waiakea House Lots Extension, Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii, TMK: 2-2-050:014.
