The Agency has received certificate of need application#17-02 for standard review from Malama Ola Health Services LLC for the establishment of a Medicare certified hospice agency at 500 Ala Moana Blvd., Suite 7-400, Honolulu, HI, at a capital cost of $169,383. Application reviews are scheduled as follows:
