YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that THE HAWAIIAN HOMES COMMISSION “Commission” has scheduled a Contested Case Hearing pursuant to Chapter 91, HRS, regarding your alleged lease violation for Residential Lease No. 12166, Lot No. 1FB, situate at Kaumana and Ponahawai, South Hilo, Island of Hawai’i, Hawaii, having a TMK: 3-2-5-005:132, in violation of §§ 208 (3) and 210 of the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act. You are alleged to be in violation of your lease for failing to use an occupy your Lot.

The hearing will be for the Commission to determine whether to adopt the Hearings Officer’s finding of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Recommended Order dated September 23, 2016 to cancel your lease.

YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Hawaiian Homes Commission at the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands, 91-5420 Kapolei Parkway, Hale Pono’i, Kapolei, Oahu, Hawaii on Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at 1:00 o’clock p.m., of said day. If you fail to appear, judgment by default may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint and your lease may be recommended for cancellation and reaward.

You may retain counsel to represent you or appear on your behalf or obtain representation pursuant to §91-9, HRS and §10-5-4, HAR
