NOTICE

The following Ordinance was returned vetoed by the Mayor and upon reconsideration by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu at a meeting held on June 7, 2017 passed Final Reading, the Mayor’s veto to the contrary notwithstanding; therefore, pursuant to the City Charter became a duly enacted ordinance:

Ordinance 17-21 [Bill 23 (2017)] – Relating to city parks and recreational facilities.
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson*, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Martin, Menor, Ozawa – 6.
NOES: Councilmembers Elefante, Manahan, Pine – 3.
Effective: June 7, 2017
