YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that THE DEPARTMENT OF HAWAIIAN HOME LANDS, has scheduled a Contested Case Hearing, regarding Residential Lease No. 10215, Lot No. 97, situate at 46 Pookela Place, Kalamaula,, Molokai, Hawaii, having a TMK: (2) -5-2-033:031-0000.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Hawaiian Homes Commission Hearings Officer Richard L. Hoke Jr. at the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands, Molokai District Office, 600 Maunaloa Highway, Suite D-1, Kaunakakai, Molokai, Hawaii on Thursday, July 06, 2017 at 9:00 o’clock a.m., of said day. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint and your lease will be recommended for cancellation and reaward.
