Traffic Schedule No. 2017-6A
TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF HONOLULU 1990 (ROH), AS AMENDED, THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICES, CITY AND COUNTY OF HONOLULU, HEREBY ESTABLISHES TRAFFIC SCHEDULE NO. 2017-6A TO AMEND SCHEDULE XXXVIII OF SECTION 15-24.17 ESTABLISHING MISCELLANEOUS TRAFFIC CONTROLS.
Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:
a. By amending Schedule XXXVIII of Sec. 15-24.17 establishing miscellaneous traffic control devices by deleting therefrom temporary traffic control devices, Residential Parking Zone (RPZ), the following items:
“Alu Pl., makai side, for its entire length.”
“Alu St., both sides, between Wilson and Jennie Sts.”
“Jennie St., both sides, for its entire length.”
“Wilson Pl., both sides, for its entire length.”
“Wilson St., both sides, for its entire length.”
b. By amending Schedule XXXVIII of Sec.15-24.17 establishing miscellaneous traffic control devices by adding thereto subsection Residential Parking Zone, where and when official signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle for a period of time longer than the period of time indicated on such sign, unless otherwise provided by law, official permits or decals upon any of the following streets:
“Alu Pl., makai side, for its entire length.”
“Alu St., both sides, between Wilson and Jennie Sts.”
“Jennie St., both sides, for its entire length.”
“Kula Kolea Dr., for its entire length.”
“Naai St., for its entire length.”
“Wilson Pl., both sides, for its entire length.”
“Wilson St., both sides, for its entire length.”
Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.
