YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that THE HAWAIIAN HOMES COMMISSION, has scheduled a Contested Case Hearing, pursuant to Chapter91, Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS) and Section 209, of the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act (HHCA) regarding your successorship to Residential Lease No. 11221, Lot No. Undivided, situate at Waimanalo, Oahu, Hawaii, having a TMK: (1) 4 008 011 0000; and your failure to execute the necessary documents to claim your successorship.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Hawaiian Homes Commission Hearings Officer at the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands, 91-5420 Kapolei Parkway, Conference Room, Kapolei, Oahu, Hawaii on Thursday, June 22, 2017 at 9:00 o’clock a.m., of said day. If you fail to appear, judgment by default may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition and your lease may be recommended for cancellation and reaward.
You may retain counsel to represent you or appear on your behalf or obtain representation pursuant to
§209, HHCA, HRS §91-9 and §10-5-4, HAR
