FURNISHING ATTENDANTS AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES
FOR THE COLLECTION OF ENTRANCE FEES FOR
DIAMOND HEAD STATE MONUMENT
INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) No. DLNR-SP-2017-01

Project Description: The Division of State Parks of the State of Hawaii invites responsible vendors to furnish attendants and management services for the collection of entrance fees for the Diamond Head State Monument, per specifications in IFB No. DLNR-SP-2017-01

How to obtain a copy of the IFB: Specifications and further information concerning the IFB may be obtained beginning May 15, 2017 in person at 1151 Punchbowl St., Room 310, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 or by emailing Sang Kim at sang.p.kim@hawaii.gov.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at Diamond Head State Monument May 25, 2017 at 10:00 a.m.

Responding to IFB: Bid shall be submitted by mail or delivered to the Division of State Parks, 1151 Punchbowl St., Room 310, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813 on or before 2:00 p.m. on June 7, 2017.

A Bid Opening will be held in the DLNR Board Room on June 7, 2017 at 2:00 p.m.

Any questions or further information concerning the IFB may be submitted to Sang Kim, beginning May 15, 2017 via email at sang.p.kim@hawaii.gov.

The Division of State Parks reserves the right to accept or reject any and all submittals.
