RECONSIDERATION COMMITTEE

The Reconsideration Committee of the Agency will hold a public meeting on April 27, 2017 at 1:00 p.m., at the State Office Tower (Leiopapa A Kamehameha Building), 235 South Beretania Street, Room 204, Honolulu, Hawaii. The purpose of this meeting will be to determine whether good cause has been shown, as provided in Hawaii Revised Statutes 323D-47 and Hawaii Administrative Rules 11-186-82, for the convening of a public hearing for reconsideration of the Agency’s decision on Certificate of Need Application #17-01A from Hawaii Pacific Imaging, LLC for the acquisition of the Positron Emission Tomography and Computed Tomography physician’s practice located at 500 Ala Moana Blvd., Ste. 5B, Honolulu, HI, at a capital cost of $320,000.
