The following Ordinances passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on March 22, 2017 and were subsequently approved by the Mayor:

Ordinance 17-8 [Bill 81 (2015), CD2] – Relating to private streets and roads.

Ordinance 17-9 [Bill 49 (2016)] – To rezone land situated at Moanalua, Oahu, Hawaii.

The following Ordinance passed Final Reading at the meeting held by the Council of the City and County of Honolulu on March 22, 2017 and was returned April 7, 2017, without signature by the Mayor; therefore, pursuant to the City Charter became a duly enacted ordinance:

Ordinance 17-14 [Bill 2 (2017), CD1] – Amending the fire code of the City and County of Honolulu.
AYES: Councilmembers Anderson, Elefante, Fukunaga, Kobayashi, Manahan, Martin, Menor, Ozawa, Pine – 9.
