NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR
STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
FISCAL YEAR 2018
FOR THE
HONOLULU RAIL TRANSIT PROJECT

The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) is publishing this notice to invite persons engaged in providing professional services to submit current statements of qualifications and expressions of interest in anticipation of HART needs of various services for the Fiscal Year 2018.

HART will prepare a “list” of qualified consultants for each category of professional service to be utilized throughout the fiscal year.

Because the Honolulu Rail Transit Project will be funded with Federal assistance, selected Offerors shall comply with applicable Federal Transit Administration Requirements.

Sealed submittals in response to this Request for Qualifications are due no later than 4:30 p.m. HST, January 31, 2017 at the HART Project Office, 1099 Alakea Street, Suite 1700, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
