NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Hawaii Administrative Rules section 16-133-30, notice is hereby given that the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs (“DCCA”) will hold a public hearing on the Application for Renewal of the Cable Television Franchise for the Island of Kauai (“Application”), submitted by Oceanic Time Warner Cable LLC (“Oceanic”).
The public hearing will be held on the following date, time, and location:
Date: Thursday February 2, 2017
Time: 5:30 p.m.
Location: Kapaa High School Library
4695 Mailihuna Road
Kapaa, Hawaii 96746
The purpose of this public hearing is to afford interested persons the opportunity to submit oral or written data, views, or arguments, on Oceanic’s application. All interested persons are encouraged to review the Application and other documents submitted at the locations listed below prior to the public hearing and to attend the public hearing. A copy of the Application is available for review during normal business hours at the following sites:

All interested persons shall be afforded the opportunity to submit their oral or written comments at the time of the public hearing. Whether testimony is presented orally or not, interested persons are encouraged to put their comments in writing and submit them to CATV via the following:
