Rental Housing Revolving Fund

The Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation (HHFDC) has approximately $125,166,787 of uncommitted funds available for eligible Rental Housing Revolving Fund loans in connection with the Fiscal Year 2017 Funding Round. Currently, the Rental Housing Revolving Fund has pending applications of approximately $87,187,509, subject to approval of the Board of Directors of the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation.

All applications will be subject to funding availability and eligibility/qualifying guidelines of the program. Funds may be used for development, construction, acquisition, preservation, and substantial rehabilitation of rental housing units that meet the program’s criteria for eligibility. Applications for Project Awards will be available on or about December 1, 2016, and may be viewed or downloaded from the HHFDC website at http://www.hawaii.gov/dbedt/hhfdc.
