The Honolulu Ethics Commission is seeking applicants for the following vacant positions:
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR and LEGAL COUNSEL
The Executive Director and Legal Counsel is the head administrator and chief legal counsel for the Commission. The position is responsible for administering and enforcing the ethics code of the City and County of Honolulu, the lobbyist law and an ethics training program. Litigation and administrative experience are required. Applicants must be licensed to practice law in the State of Hawaii.
INVESTIGATOR III
The Investigator conducts confidential investigations of diverse, difficult, complex and sensitive allegations of ethical misconduct, public corruption and fraud alleged against elected and appointed officers and employees of the City and County of Honolulu. Prepares investigation reports and may need to testify as a witness in contested cases.
