NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the following matter to be considered by the Windward Planning Commission of the County of Hawai’i in accordance with the provisions of Chapters 91 and 92, Hawai’i Revised Statutes, Section 6-7.5 of the Charter of the County of Hawai’i, and the Planning Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure.

The Agenda is revised to add as Item No. “2” under “Administrative Matters,” the following item:
2. Status of efforts to (1) restructure Claim against the Geothermal Asset Fund by Puna Pono Alliance, Pele Defense Fund, Sierra Club-Moku Loa Group, Ohana Ho’opakele, Malu Aina, et. al, for funding to conduct a Psycho-social Impact and Community Wellbeing Study and to establish a Native Hawaiian Health Study Review Board and (2) structure request for proposals, as directed by the Windward Planning Commission at its March 5, 2015 meeting.
Except as specifically stated above, the Agenda remains unchanged.
