NOTICE TO BIDDERS

SEALED TENDERS will be received up to and publicly opened at 2:00 p.m., on April 7, 2015, in the Office of the Division of Purchasing, Building C, mezzanine level, Department of Finance and Administration, Oahu Transit Services, Inc., 811 Middle Street, Honolulu, Hawaii to provide Island Wide Towing Services of Public Mass Transit Light and Medium Duty Vehicles operated by Oahu Transit Services, Inc..
Prospective bidders must complywith the provisions of Section 103-55, Hawaii Revised Statutes, regulating Wages and Hours of Employees on Public Works.
Pursuant to Section 7, SUBMISSION OF BID, of the General Instructions to Bidders, copies of bids transmitted directly to OTS via facsimile machine or e-mail shall not be acceptable.
Form of proposal may be obtained from said Office of the Purchasing Division upon application for Proposal Document No. 2015-14 or the bid solicitation may be requested via e-mail, directed to gary.nishioka@thebus.org.
