Section 1. Chapter 15 of the ROH 1990, as amended, is hereby further amended in the following particulars:

a. By amending Schedule XI of Sec. 15-8.3(b) establishing no turns by adding thereto the following item:

“Keaunui Dr. No left turn from Holomua Elementary School’s exit driveway into Keaunui Dr., 7:00 to 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., school days only.”

b. By amending Schedule XVI of Sec. 15-13.4(a) establishing reserved parking stalls by deleting therefrom the following item:

“Alder St., Ewa side, distance 40’ mauka direction from a point 125’ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Elm St., for authorized Honolulu Police vehicles.”

c. By amending Schedule XX of Sec. 15-13.9(a)(7) establishing tow zones–24 hours in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Kanekapolei St., Ewa side, distance 93’ mauka direction from the mauka curb prolongation of Kuhio Ave.”

“N. School St., mauka side, from Waikahalulu Ln. to a point 170’ Ewa of the Ewa curb prolongation of Stillman Ln.”

2. By deleting therefrom the following item:

“Alder St., Ewa side, distance 40’ mauka direction from a point 125’ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Elm St., for authorized Honolulu Police vehicles only.”

d. By amending Schedule XXII of Sec. 15-14.5(a) establishing prohibited parking certain areas in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following items:

“Kaululoa Pl., even-numbered side, for its entire length and including its turnaround area.”

“Puninoni St., Kaneohe (eastern) side, between California Ave. and Nonohe St.”

2. By amending thereto the following items:

Kaahumanu St., Koko Head side, distance 270’ makai direction from makai curb prolongation of Moanalua Rd.; to read:

“Kaahumanu St., Koko Head side, distance 578’ makai direction from the makai curb prolongation of Moanalua Rd.”

S. King St., mauka side, distance 155’ Ewa direction of the Ewa curb prolongation of Pensacola St.; to read:

“S. King St., mauka side, distance 173’ Ewa direction of the Ewa curb prolongation of Pensacola St.”

Woodlawn Dr., Koko Head side, distance 65’ makai direction from mauka property line of Noelani Elementary School at 2655 Woodlawn Dr.; to read:

“Woodlawn Dr., Koko Head (odd-numbered) side, distance 165’ mauka direction from a point approximately 1180’ mauka of the mauka curb prolongation of Kolowalu St.”

Woodlawn Dr., Ewa (even-numbered) side, distance 138’ mauka direction from a point 45’ mauka of the driveway of Longs Drugs’ loading dock; to read:

“Woodlawn Dr., Ewa (even-numbered) side, distance 424’ makai direction from a point approximately 1100’ makai of the makai curb prolongation of Lowrey Ave.”

3. By deleting therefrom the following items:

“Puninoni St., Kaneohe (east) side, for a distance 35’ Waialua (north) direction, commencing from the Waialua curb prolongation of California Ave.

“Woodlawn Dr., Ewa (even-numbered) side, distance 239’ makai direction from a point 47’ mauka of the mauka property line of Manoa Library at 2716 Woodlawn Dr.”

e. By amending Schedule XXVI of Sec. 15-16.1 establishing time limit parking by adding thereto the following item:

“Kanekapolei St., (2 hrs.) both sides, between Kuhio Ave. and Ala Wai Blvd.”

f. By amending Schedule XXX of Sec. 15-22.1(a) establishing parking meter zones in the following particulars:

1. By adding thereto the following item:

“Kanekapolei St., both sides, between Kuhio Ave. and Ala Wai Blvd.”

2. By deleting therefrom the following item:

“Kanekapolei Ave., both sides, between Prince Edward St. and Kuhio Ave.”

g. By amending Schedule XXXVIII of Sec. 15-24.17 establishing miscellaneous traffic controls by adding thereto the following item:

“Aliikoa St., from Ainakoa Ave. to its Ewa terminus, the roadway shall have a weight limit of 20 tons.”

Section 2. This schedule is hereby attached to and made a part of Article VI hereof and shall take effect ten (10) working days after its publication.
