NOTICE TO PROVIDERS OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
(HRS §103D-304)

The Office of the Legislative Auditor (OLA), County of Hawai’i, anticipates during fiscal year 2009-2010 the need for Professional Services in Accounting (Auditing and Forensic Auditing) and Law (Attorney Services).

Submittal Requirements for Providers of Services
Interested parties are invited to contact Ms. Maxinne Pacheco, from the Office of the Legislative Auditor. County of Hawai’i, at 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo, Hawai’i 96720, or call (808) 961-8386 to receive a packet of forms for submittal of statements of qualification and expressions of interest.

Project Specific Solicitations
At the discretion of the OLA, certain projects may be advertised on a project-specific basis. In that event, a new solicitation for professional services, independent of this solicitation, will be published and interested parties shall respond to these solicitations in the manner specified in the legal notice.

All responses should be submitted prior to 4:30 p.m., June 30, 2009. At this time, the list of qualified applicants will be established. Interested parties may submit statements of qualifications and expressions of interest after this deadline and may be considered for projects which are initiated after receipt of their submittal.
